1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of MyAITwin at https://myaitwin.lutolearn.com and any related services.

By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the service.

3. Who this service is for

MyAITwin is intended for professionals who want to store and retrieve personal knowledge through an MCP-connected AI assistant.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the service is lawful and in line with these Terms.

4. Your account

To use the service you need an account. Sign-in uses a magic link sent to your email.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in email and any MCP tokens we issue to you secure. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact us at team@lutolearn.com.

5. Using the service

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes.

6. Your content

You retain all ownership of the content you store in MyAITwin.

By storing content, you grant Luto Ventures Ltd a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. This includes storing it, generating embeddings, returning it in response to your retrieval and synthesis calls, and processing it through our infrastructure providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not use your stored content to train AI models. We do not share your stored content with third parties for any purpose other than providing the service.

You are responsible for the content you store. You must have the right to store it under these Terms and applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights in the service itself, including its software, branding and content, are owned by or licensed to Luto Ventures Ltd.

You may use the service in line with these Terms. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, decompile or commercially exploit any part of the service without our prior written consent.

Our name, branding and logos must not be used in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership or association without our permission.

8. Third-party services

MyAITwin connects to third-party AI assistants through the MCP protocol. Your use of those AI assistants is governed by the terms of the providers you connect with. We are not responsible for the behaviour, output or availability of third-party AI assistants.

We use third-party infrastructure providers to run the service. These are listed in our Privacy Policy.

9. The product

MyAITwin is provided free during early access.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We may change, suspend or withdraw the service or any feature at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, specific retrieval quality, or fitness for any particular purpose.

We may introduce paid plans in future. If we do, we will give you reasonable notice before any change in pricing applies to your account.

10. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
